What does managed mean?
We install updates, watch your servers, check backups and fix problems. You keep full access if you want it.
Can we pay monthly on invoice?
Yes. Enterprise customers sign a contract and pay a monthly invoice by bank transfer or M-Pesa.
Where is our data kept?
In our own datacentre in Nairobi, Kenya, on hardware we own. We can give you a letter confirming this for your compliance file.
